30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time packet purchases and on your first subscription payment. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all DisputePacket transactions. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- Email us at support@disputepacket.com with your order details and we'll take care of it.
Recurring subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or through the Paddle customer portal. After the 30-day window, subscription renewals are non-refundable, but you'll keep access through the end of the paid period and won't be billed again.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
